A member of the all-conquering Spartak Moscow side in domestic competition, Egor Titov's midfield displays have been enough to earn him a regular place in the national team.
Scored three goals from his attacking midfield role in qualifying when he missed only one game.
Titov has twice been voted Russian player of the year, but openly admits the competition in Japan and Korea will be far tougher than he comes across week in, week out.
Since making his debut four years ago, Titov has become known as a playmaker in his central role and coach Oleg Romantsev, also in charge of the midfielder at Spartak, views him as a player who can change a game.
