SRECKO KATANEC

At just 38 years of age, Srecko Katanec is one of the rising stars in the coaching world.
He was fourth in last year's Coach of the Year standings as drawn up by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics.
That after leading the Slovenians into the World Cup as they finished second in their qualifying group behind Russia.
Katanec is keen for his side to play football 'the right way' as it is so often described.
He likes flowing attacking football which allows star talent Zlatko Zahovic to exhibit his skills as a front-runner.
His playing career - which saw him capped 31 times by Yugoslavia and five times by Slovenia - took him from NK Ljubljana to Sampdoria, with a Cup Winmners' Cup triumph along the way with the Genoa club.
That has earned him the respect of his players and his relaxed attitude makes it easy to see why the Slovenes express themselves so well on the field.
