Mexican Felipe Ramos Rizo is the referee for
England's quarter-final showdown with Brazil.
Rizo, who officiated Cameroon's gold-medal winning game at the Olympics,
refereed the tempestuous scoreless draw between Uruguay and France.
Rizo, 39, sent off Thierry Henry in that match for a bad tackle.
He also worked the Paraguay game in which the South Americans came from behind
to beat Slovenia 3-1.
Scotland's Hugh Dallas will referee Germany's last-eight game against the
United States, while Egyptian Gamal Ghandour will officiate the Spain/Korea game
and Oscar Ruiz of Colombia will work the Senegal/Turkey clash.
