Senegal defender Ferdinand Coly admits he is
likely to have to sit out Sunday's second-round match against Sweden with a knee
injury.
Senegal coach Bruno Metsu is already without suspended first-choice duo Salif
Diao and Khalilou Fadiga for the match in Oita and losing Coly would be a
hammer blow.
The Lens defender picked up the injury in the thrilling 3-3 draw with Uruguay
on Tuesday.
"It's rather serious. There's a strong possibility that I will not play,"
Coly said on www.bbc.co.uk, "It is no use if I am not 100%."
Senegal set up a second round meeting with Sweden after upsetting the odds to
finish second in Group A, beating reigning champions France in the process.
