Paraguay striker Nelson Cuevas could miss
Saturday's World Cup second round clash against Germany.
The 22-year-old River Plate star scored two goals in Paraguay's 3-1 win over Slovenia that saw the South Americans qualify for the last 16 stage.
But he damaged an ankle in the dying minutes of the match and was taken to
hospital for X-rays.
