Uruguay coach Victor Pua will go into Tuesday's
crucial Group A game against Senegal with the same team that has served him in
the first two matches.
The Biancoceleste need to beat the north Africans in Suwon to have any chance
of progressing to the second round.
Pua has resisted the temptation to shuffle his team, meaning the likes of
Manchester United's Diego Forlan and Sevilla's Nicolas Olivera could head home
without playing.
But a recalcitrant Pua said: "We won't make any changes. The starters will be
the same.
"Senegal are a very solid team with three keys to control a game.
"They're fast, they are in excellent physical condition and have many very
talented players."
That means Pua will keep faith with the front three of Alvaro Recoba, Dario
Silva and Sebastian Abreu for the match which could spell the end of captain
Paolo Montero's international career.
