KOREA CONFIDENT OF US WIN
The Korean camp have come to terms with their
stunning victory over Poland and have set their sights on reaching the second
round by beating the USA.
Having never won a match at the World Cup, they defeated the Poles 2-0 in
Busan and will now take on the Americans in Daegu on Monday.
And scorer Hwang Sun-hong, a Korean legend, said in the Korea Herald: "All
team-mates are confident of a victory over the United States and even Portugal.
"Right now, I have no other idea but to beat the US team."
