Arsenal midfielder Freddie Ljungberg has sought to play down reports linking him with a move to Serie A.

Italian sports daily Tuttosport today claimed that champions Juventus are targeting the free-scoring Swede for a possible switch to the Stadio Delle Alpi.

But Ljungberg, who scored 17 goals last season as Arsenal won the English league and cup double, is remaining tight-lipped on the speculation.

"Now I want to think about the World Cup, I will talk later about the future," Ljungberg told Tuttosport.

The 25-year-old joined the Gunners from Halmstads in 1998 and played a key role in the London side's title win.
