Poland striker Pawel Kryszalowicz has slammed Korean press reports claiming he is struggling with injury and is out of form ahead of Poland's World Cup opener against South Korea next Tuesday.
The Eintracht Frankfurt striker has recently returned to full training with the rest of Jerzy Engel's squad and believes he has been targeted by the Korean media in an attempt to cause unrest among the Polish team.
But Kryszalowicz is determined to show that he is fully fit and has delivered a chilling warning to the South Korea camp.
"Let them [Korean press] write what they want," said the 27-year-old, who provided the perfect foil for fellow striker Emmanuel Olisadebe in the qualifiers.
"Everyone will see the kind of fitness and form I'm in on June 4."
Engel has insisted all of his players are fully fit ahead of the big kick-off and the coach is looking forward to getting started.
"We have no fitness problems in our team," he said. "Even Pawel Kryszalowicz is ready to play.
"Everything is organised very well here. Every little thing is fixed well, we have time for training and plenty of time for rest.
"Until our first match though we will have only one training session a day because we want to avoid getting sun burnt.
"We have only tactical elements to sort out because we have already done all the strength training we need."
