Portugal defender Jorge Andrade has told his team-mates to get rid of any ring-rust in Saturday's final warm-up match against China.

The Portuguese have been touted as strong outsiders for the tournament and face Poland, South Korea and the USA in Group D of the first phase.

"China is the ideal game to commit the last errors before the competition starts, after that we can't fail," Andrade said.

Meanwhile, the Porto star has admitted that he expects to remain at the club next season.

"Nobody has told me anything different so I am staying at FC Porto," he added.

Boavista defender Nuno Frechaut claims the Portuguese can go on to win the World Cup.

"I believe in our value and that we can even be World champions," he said.

"We have to be cautious as we are in only our third World Cup and there are stronger teams with more experience."
