Stanek, 17, has moved to Goodison Park for an undisclosed fee in a two-and-a-half year deal despite yet to make a senior appearance at club level.
He has featured for Czech Republic's U19 side and was an unused substitute for Sparta's top-flight games against Slovan Liberac, FK Teplice and Sigma Olomouc earlier this season.
Stanek, whose deal expires in the summer of 2016, has a battle on his hands on Merseyside, with Tim Howard and Joel Robles the current first-team regulars and youngsters Mateusz Taudul, Mason Springthorpe and Russell Griffiths also on the books.
