McManus commits to Dons

Striker Declan McManus has signed a new contract with Aberdeen, tying him to Pittodrie until the summer of 2015.

The 18-year-old has made two first-team appearances this month after impressing with the youth team.

McManus, from Glasgow, has scored nine goals for the youth team this season, plus two in the Scottish Youth Cup. He was top scorer last season with 17 goals.
