Milan were also knocked out of last year's competition at the last four stage by the Old Lady but started well tonight and took a sixth-minute lead through Stephan El Shaarawy, although Juventus soon drew level thanks to Sebastian Giovinco's exquisite free-kick.
The teams could not be separated after 90 minutes, although it took just five minutes into extra-time for Juventus to score what would prove to be the winner, with substitute Vucinic toe-poking past Milan goalkeeper Marco Amelia despite a suspicion of offside.
Juventus will now face Lazio, who beat Catania 3-0 on Tuesday night, in a two-legged semi-final clash.
