Former Hibernian and Dundee defender Steven Tweed has signed a pre-contract agreement with Livingston.
The 33-year-old is coming to the end of his deal with Yokohama Marinos in Japan after a stint in Germany with Duisburg.
Tweed has penned a two-year contract with the West Lothian club.
Almondvale manager John Robertson told the club's official website, www.livingstonfc.co.uk: "Steven has kept good company over the last four years, playing in the top leagues in both Germany and Japan following excellent contributions in the Scottish league, and I'm looking forward to working with him."
