Hibernian recorded a 2-1 victory over Tobago in the first match of their winter tour.

The Easter Road club's Caribbean star Russell Latapy opened the scoring after six minutes but Hibs were pegged back before half-time.

It took a penalty from Mixu Paatelainen 16 minutes from the end to give Alex McLeish's men a welcome win.

Hibs now move on to Trinidad where they will face W Connection in the final match of their short tour on Sunday.
