Hamilton manager Billy Reid wants to keep on-loan striker Mickael Antoine-Curier at the club.
The 26-year-old, who is on loan from Dundee, has impressed during his time at New Douglas Park after finding himself out of favour with manager Jocky Scott.
The former Hibs man is contracted at Dens Park until 2011, but the Accies boss admitted he wants to keep the player.
The Frenchman scored his third goal in six games during the Sunday's 2-1 defeat to Celtic, and Reid hailed the performance of the striker.
When asked if he wants to make Antoine-Curier his own player, Reid told the Daily Record: "Without a doubt.
"As a lone striker Mickael sometimes lets it get to him that he's chasing lost causes.
"But I've told him he will score goals. He did it again on Sunday and I thought he was outstanding."
