Willie Miller has maintained his stance over the performance of referee Steve Nicholls against Hibs.
Nicholls, who took charge of only his second top flight clash at Easter Road, sent off Aberdeen's Maurice Ross and Chris Maguire.
And Dons' football director Miller believes this culminated in his side's 2-0 loss.
He told the Daily Record: "Nine against eleven (perhaps make that twelve) for the best part of half an hour means an unequal situation and one that is cheating the fans.
"I refuse to stay silent when almost 2000 Dons fans paid good money to go to Edinburgh and didn't get value for it because of things which were outwith the control of the players."
