Wolves 3 QPR 3 Click here for full match stats

A last-gasp goal from Andy Keogh ensured Wolves kept their Coca-Cola Championship play-off hopes alive in a thrilling game against QPR.

The home side found themselves behind on three occasions but dug deep to earn a share of the spoils with Keogh scoring twice.

Both teams went into the game in good form, each boasting a record of just one defeat in their last seven league games.

It was the home side who had the better chances in the opening minutes, although Wolves boss Mick McCarthy was forced into making an early change when Rob Edwards suffered an injury and was replaced by Jody Craddock after just six minutes.

Michael Gray almost opened the scoring moments later, but his 25-yard left-footed shot was parried by Rangers goalkeeper Lee Camp.

Keogh was the next Wolves man to try his luck. But he mis-directed his close-range shot, and the ball went out for a goal-kick - while Matt Jarvis forced a clearance from Mikele Leigertwood.

Sylvan Ebanks-Blake wasted an effort before QPR's first chance of the game fell to Akos Buzsaky, who latched on to a corner from Leigertwood only to have his shot blocked by Gray.

The visitors appeared to have found their stride, and Patrick Agyemang and Michael Mancienne both tried their luck - but both times Gray was there to clear the threat.

QPR's persistence paid off as they took the lead after 27 minutes with a screaming shot from 25 yards from Buzsaky.

Camp pulled off a string of fine saves to preserve Rangers' lead. But he was unable to prevent Wolves pulling level through Keogh, who latched on to a pass from Gray on the stroke of half-time.

Wolves could have taken the lead through George Elokobi two minutes after the break but they were made to pay for their missed chance when Rangers re-established their lead a minute later through a Dexter Blackstock penalty - his first goal since New Year's Day.

Neill Collins was adjudged to have handled a cross from Buzsaky and Wolves conceded a penalty - their third in the last five games.

Ebanks-Blake almost pulled Wolves level but again Camp was up to the task and cleared danger while Kevin Foley's effort was cleared by Buzsaky.

Wolves were handed a lifeline after 64 minutes when Mancienne fouled Jarvis in the penalty area and Ebanks-Blake stepped up to score his fifth goal in six games.

Seyi Olofinjana tried his best to give Wolves the lead but could not find a way through while Luigi De Canio's side continued to press for the winner.

They were rewarded with another goal through Leigertwood who neatly slotted the ball home past Wayne Hennessey.

But in the dying minutes of the game, Wolves threw everything at the Rangers goal and snatched the equaliser when Keogh claimed his second goal of the game.
