Ashley Cole and Hilario both returned to the Chelsea squad for Tuesday night's Champions League game with Atletico Madrid after missing Saturday's Premier League win over Bolton.
Defender Cole sat out the 4-0 victory due to a knee problem, while goalkeeper Hilario was absent after suffering a head injury during last week's Carling Cup game against the same opponents.
Striker Didier Drogba, amid speculation he might miss the game due to a minor leg injury picked up at the weekend, is also fit and could make his first Champions League appearance this season after serving his three-match ban.
Chelsea coach Carlo Ancelotti is still without three of his players for the Group D game though, with Jose Bosingwa (knee), John Mikel Obi (ankle) and Yury Zhirkov (knee) still absent.
