Bradford defender David Wetherall has dismissed the rumours that he is about the leave the club.
Wetherall has been linked to a move to Everton as a replacement for Richard Gough.
He said: "As far as I'm concerned it's just the papers suggesting this and that, nothing more.
"It's one of those rumours that keeps being passed along and dragged up again and again.
"I've certainly not been approached by anybody and I'm not going in asking to leave. I'm not going to be writing out a transfer request just because we've gone down.
"It's very much in the hands of the manager and chairman to decide.
"But I'm definitely not looking to get away," he told the Bradford Telegraph and Argus.
