Rod Phillips predicted that Franco would be a key player tonight and it has proved to be so - the Mexican played Hines through just before he was brought down.

Jason Smith says: "why is hesky playing on the left in midfield? he is a striker.. i'd prefer young + gabby on either wing with the two big men up front."

Well that was a massive end to the half. Steve Bennett didn't send Beye off though, with replays showing the defender possibly getting a foot on the ball.
