94: That has got to be it. Bullard and Mendy stand over the ball and play it short and Mike Dean blows the full-time whistle as Hull ease the pressure on their manager Phil Brown.

94: Bullard gives the ball away for Hull as the whistles ring around the ground as Boateng wins a free-kick down by the right corner flag.

93: Throw in to Stoke by the left corner flag Huth wins the first header but Hull boot clear.

91: VENNEGOOR OF HESSELINK - Bullard smashes from distance once more. The ball seems to have taken a nick of a Stoke man as Soresen punches clear but only as far as Hesselink who smashes home the rebound.

90: The hosts are going for the win as Barmby crosses from the right but the ball just bounces up as Hunt looks to hit it.

85: Collins goes down under a challenge from Fagan. Free-kick to Stoke deep inside their own half. Shawcross wins the header in the Hull area and Tuncay does brilliantly to take the ball away from Duke but his cross is caught by the keeper.

84: Delap earns anther thrown-in for Stoke but his latest effort goes straight into the arms of Duke.

83: Whelan shapes to shoot but chips the ball in the box as Shawcross rises highest but his header comes back off the bar.

82 : Big kick down field by Sorensen but Zayatte fails to deal with the threat and drags down Kitson.

80: Altodore looks to get in behind but Shawcross does really well to come across and clear.

79: Hunt looks to get the better of Huth but the ball just runs out of play on the left. He looked to be in then.

78: Altidore has it back to goal in the area and desperately tries to turn. Shawcross does just enough as the American shoots wide.

77: Dawson bombs forward for Hull but his ball his cut out by Faye but the Tigers keep up the pressure.

76: Mendy and Barmby link up well down the right before Barmbly cuts inside and crosses left footed but Shawcross is there again for Stoke.

75: Delap goes on a run down the right and wins a throw off Dawson. Gardner heads clear. The Tigers have dealt well with Delap's long throws today.

74: As we creap into the last 15 mintues you sense that the next goal will surely win this game.

72: Etherington is down with an injury at the moment but it will be a free-kick to the visitors on the left hand side chance to cross.

71: Stoke come forward with Etherington and he wins a corner off Mendy. Hull switch off and the short corner gives Whelan a chance to shoot but Olofinjana sticks out a leg to block.

70: Hull are throwing everything at the Potters at the minute but will they rue these missed chances.

69: Mendy crosses deep from the right. Altidore misses the header and Fagan steals a yard on Huth. Sorensen comes to claim but misses and Fagan just has to tap into an empty net but the forward seems to get tangled with Huth and can't get the ball out of his fee. When he eventually does he fires over with Sorensen back on his line.

68: Hull have the ball again as Stoke can't seem to get out of their own half at present and Fagan should scored.

67: Dawson crosses from the left but his ball in slightly behind Altidore and the danger is cleared.

66: FAYE - Gets booked for trying to stop Barmby from takig a quick throw-in. Fourth Stoke player to get booked today.

65: Whitehead runs through for Stoke after Fuller's flick-on and Olofinjana looks to have shoved me over in the area but the referee waves play on.

64: Altidore wins the header and knocks down for Fagan who wastes his shot and fires well over from a tough angle.

63: The KC Stadium is now a chorus of noise as Hull look to add to their equaliser.

62: Can Hull go on and win this match? They have not won a Premier League game this season where they have gone behind.

61: WHELAN - Stoke look to break clear with Whelan but the midfielder is adjudged to have handled on halfway.

58: Bullard switches play brilliantly for Hull to the left but Hunt's cross is too long for Barmby.

55: HUTH - Altidore robs Robert Huth of the ball and skins the defender for pace but is brought down by the defender.

53: Etherington comes forward but gives the ball away only to be gifted it straight back. The winger plays a good one-two with Fuller and just when the cross looks to be finding Beattie for a simple tap-in Gardner sticks out a boot before Duke divert the ball for a corner. That looked like it was going to be 2-0.

52: Hunt persists down the left for Hull and wins a thow-in for his side down by the left corner flag. However Stoke manage to clear and break forward.

51: GARCIA comes off and it is NICK BARMBY who comes on.

50: Stoke work the ball down the right and its that man Delap again who launches another thrown as the big men come forward for visitors. The ball in causes havoc as Olofinjana misses his header and nearly allows Shawcross in on goal.

49: Credit to Hull they are trying to play football and with the likes of Bullard and Hunt in the side you feel they have still got a chance in this game.

48: Beattie shoots for goal from the kick but his effort fails to trouble Duke as it rises above the crossbar.

47: Free-kick to Stoke 30 yards out after Garica fells Whelan. Can they work it as well as the previous one in the first-half.

46: Good start to the half from Hull as the ball finds Garcia on the right but his ball in is cleared.

40: Bullard comes forward unchallenged and plays in Olofinjana in the area back to goal. However the midfielder turns Shawcross who got too tight but instead of taking the invitation to shoot he opts to pass and the danger is gone.

39: Hull have responded well to going a goal down but Stoke do look threatening whenever they come forward.

38: Sorensen throws out quickly to find Etherington who switches to Glenn Whelan but the midfielder's touch lets him down and Hull can clear.

37: The Tigers come forward again as Alidore chases a through ball and wins another corner for his side. The ball is played in but Sorensen comes out to claim.

36: Hull cross to the far post where Garcia hooks the ball back into the area. Stoke clear but only as far as Garcia again who picks out Altidore but the striker's header goes inches wide.

35: Stoke fans are in good spirits with chants of 'You're getting sacked in the morning' aimed at Tigers boss Brown.

34: Altidore looks to be injured and he has signalled something to the bench. Not what Phil Brown wants to see.

33: Fagan races down the right for Hull and gets away from Collins but his cross is headed behind by Shawcross. The cross is cleared and Stoke come forward.

32: The Potters are dominating now as Etherington crosses from the right hand side. Hull need to stay focused until half-time.

31: Stoke work a training ground set-piece that nearly comes off but Duke is aware to the danger.

30: Delap has another chance to throw-in from the right but Hull clear only to give away a free-kick on the right hand side of the area.

29: Hull will be disappointed to have conceded when they have epsecially after having most of the play in the last 10 minutes.

28: ETHERINGTON - Long ball from Shawcross, Mendy goes up to challenge Beattie but doesn't win the header. Etherington profits and runs clear on goal. The winger has Fuller square but goes alone and smashes the ball past Duke at his near post.

26: Olofinjana works the ball well and finds Hunt on the left. The former Reading man stands the ball up to the back-post but Garcia's header is straight at Sorensen.

25: Fuller does brilliantly down the left to beat Anthony Gardner for pace and finds Etherington but his cross is poor.

24: Stoke come forward down the right and Delap finds Fuller with his cross. The forward lays off to Etherington but the winger's snap-shot is rushed and goes well wide.

23: MENDY - The right-back is booked for a trip on Etherington.

22: The corner is cleared but Hull keep up the pressure with a number of high balls into the box but Stoke come away with Etherington.

21: First real chance of the match. Garcia runs through on goal on the right hand side of the area but as he tries to square to Hunt Shawcross gets back to block. Corner to Hull.

20: Seyi Olofinjana wins the ball back 30 yards out but his pass fails to find Hunt.

19: Stoke immediately go down the other end and threaten as Beattie finds Etherington in space on the edge of the box but the winger's shot is blocked and the ball runs through to Duke.

18: First real opening. Altidore finds space on the edge of the area but the striker fails to connect and drags his shot wide.

17: Sorensen shows confidence at the back. The Dane receives a back-pass and turns inside the onrushing Fagan. Very cool from the Potters shot-stopper.

16: Good move from Hull. The hosts work the ball from the right to the left well but Garcia's pass to Stephen Hunt is too strong and the ball goes out for a throw-in.

15: There are some full bloodied challenges flying in at the minute as both teams try to grab the upper hand in the game.

14: SHAWCROSS - The Potters defender slides in on Fagan and is penalised by referee Mike Dean.

13: Delap launches another missile but Duke comes out to claim.

12: Beattie links with Fuller who gets off a shot from distance which Matt Duke can only parry. Another throw-in to Stoke. Good pressure from the visitors.

11: This time Delap comes across from the left hand side to take the throw. Again Stoke win the initial header through Shawcross but Hull clear again.

10: Stoke have their first chance to launch Rory Delap's long throw. Hull snuff out the danger but Delap has a second chance. James Beattie wins the header but the hosts clear.

9: Fagan looks to get in behind but Faye is there to mop up the danger.

8: Altidore is chasing everything up front for the Tigers but Abdoulaye Faye is keeping a close eye on the American.

7: Bullard looks sharp and lively. He skips inside from the left and shoots ambitiously from 30 yards but Soresen looks worried as he scrambles across his goal. Just wide.

6: The pitch looks slippy today. A number of players have already slipped over after some prolonged periods of rain in Hull over the past few days.

5: The long ball finds Altidore who lays it off to Bullard but his shot is high and wide.
