Coach Claudio Ranieri was quick to sing the praises of winger Mauro Camoranesi after the Italy winger orchestrated a Juventus comeback against Internazionale on Sunday night.
With Juve trailing to Julio Cruz's 41st-minute goal, Ranieri turned to Camoranesi, bringing him off the bench to replace captain Alessandro Del Piero.
It was to prove a masterstroke as the substitute equalised with 13 minutes to go.
"Camoranesi gives added value to this team - he is crucial for us," said Ranieri.
"When he came on, he inspired the team and scored an important goal for us. When he is on the pitch, it's music."
Ranieri could not hide his delight after his team held unbeaten Inter.
The outcome allowed Juve to stay within four points of Inter after 11 games while it has reduced the Nerazzurri's gap to second-place Fiorentina to just two points.
"The important thing was to stop Inter even with a draw," said Ranieri.
"Inter is superior to Juve but we want to remain in the race for the Scudetto as long as possible.
"We are destined to grow and we want to be the party poopers of this tournament.
"I would sign right now to find my team four points behind Inter when we meet them again in the return leg."
