Bayern Munich general manager Uli Hoeness has warned Bayer Leverkusen they will not be keeping Toni Kroos on a permanent basis.

Highly-rated playmaker Kroos joined Leverkusen on loan in the January transfer window and will remain with them until the end of this season.

Leverkusen are reportedly eager to secure Kroos' services on a long-term contract but Hoeness insists that is not going to happen.

"We are going to play against Bayer Leverkusen this month and I am willing to chat with (Bayer Leverkusen general manager) Rudi Voller about everything, but certainly not about a transfer of Toni Kroos," he told spox.com.

"We have a contract with Toni Kroos up until (June) 2012 and we want to see both parties fulfil this."

Kroos was allowed to link up with Leverkusen after finding regular starting opportunities hard to come by at Bayern under former boss Jurgen Klinsmann.

The 19-year-old has managed to break into the Leverkusen side, helping them to the top of the Bundesliga table.
