Western League Truro City came from behind to beat AFC Totton 3-1 at Wembley in the final of the FA Carlsberg Vase.
A 27,754 crowd - a record for the competition - saw Wessex League Totton take the lead through Danny Potter.
But former Plymouth midfielder Kevin Wills netted twice before Joe Broad scored six minutes from time to send the Vase to Cornwall for the first time.
It completed a hat-trick of Vase wins for Truro manager Dave Leonard after successes as a player with Tiverton Town in 1998 and 1999.
