The Argentinian's current deal expires in 2014, but has been linked with a return to his homeland and former side Racing Club.
However, the 33-year-old, who scored 24 goals in 33 league appearances last season, has pledged his future to his current club.
"I want to remain at Inter," the 33-year-old Milito said to Gazzetta dello Sport. "When you feel love in one place you want to remain there.
"I am happy here and I don't think I will ever be able to repay the affection shown by the Inter fans to me. I hope to continue here until 2014."
Milito joined Inter from Genoa in 2009 and is tied to the Nerazzurri outfit for another two seasons.
