Liverpool set for tough start
Sky Bet deem Merseyside outfits Liverpool and Everton to have been handed the toughest starts to the Premier League season, with both facing difficult early trips.

Brendan Rodgers’ men, who are 6/1 to land the title after falling agonisingly short last season, are 10/1 to claim maximum points from those three games.
Their neighbours Everton are an even bigger price to collect nine points from their first three games, as they travel to newly-promoted Leicester before hosting Arsenal and Chelsea.
The Blues are considered the most likely side to be leading the way after their first three games, with that trip to Everton following clashes with newly-promoted duo Burnley (A) and Leicester (H).
Louis van Gaal is handed a more favourable start than his predecessor David Moyes and is 2/1 to start his reign with a hat-trick of victories, with Swansea visiting Old Trafford before Manchester United travel to Sunderland and Burnley.
The online bookmaker rate Crystal Palace the least likely side to start with a win, with Tony Pulis’ men 9/1 to upset Arsenal, while Burnley are 7/1 to beat Chelsea.
In the Sky Bet Championship, the three recently relegated sides are all handed trips, with promotion favourites Cardiff travelling to Blackburn, Fulham dealt Ipswich away and Norwich visiting Wolves.
The Football League sponsor have priced up a special for Championship, League 1 and League 2 title favourites under their ‘What If’ market, with Cardiff, Sheffield United and Bury all to win their opening games enhanced to 8/1.
