The European giants were paired together in Friday's draw but there is no doubting who is expected to progress.
The Leeds-based bookmaker made Bayern just 2/9 to reach the semi-finals. They are even 8/11 to win the first leg at Old Trafford next month.
United drifted from 20/1 to 28/1 in the firm's outright betting after being handed the toughest possible draw.
Favourites Bayern shortened slightly at the head of the betting, from 15/8 to 7/4, while Real Madrid and Barcelona's odds were also been cut to 100/30 and 7/2 respectively (both from 4/1), after being paired with Borussia Dortmund and Atletico Madrid.
Of the four ties, the toughest one to call is Chelsea against Paris Saint-Germain. Sky Bet make the Blues marginal favourites to progress at 4/5 but both teams can be backed at 11/1 to lift the trophy in Lisbon on May 24.
Sky Bet's head of football trading Paul Wiggins said: "Manchester United were already considered the biggest-priced outsiders heading into the draw but their task has just been made significantly more difficult, with holders Bayern considered the side to avoid and odds-on to win the first leg at Old Trafford.
"Chelsea should be reasonably satisfied with both themselves and PSG in the middle of the outright odds before the draw and we consider that one the toughest tie to predict, with the Premier League leaders marginal favourites as they benefit from having the second leg back at Stamford Bridge."
Chelsea are 2/5 to progress the furthest of the two remaining English sides. United are 7/4 in the same market.
