Bournemouth's FA Cup third round tie against Burton Albion was postponed following a third pitch inspection at 1.30pm on Saturday.
The decision to call off the game at the Goldsands Stadium was made by referee Iain Williamson with the pitch waterlogged following heavy rain in Dorset on Friday night and Saturday morning.
Williamson checked the pitch along with Cherries manager Eddie Howe and Brewers boss Gary Rowett and it was decided that the conditions were unplayable.
Motherwell's Scottish Premiership match with Inverness was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch at Fir Park.
The club made the announcement after 180mm of rain was recorded at the ground over the last 19 days.
Following a pitch inspection on Saturday morning by match official John Beaton, it was decided the pitch was unplayable.
"Motherwell Football Club would like to apologise for any inconvenience this postponement may cause," the club said on its official website.
"No date has, as yet, been confirmed for the rearranged fixture."
Charlton's FA Cup third-round tie with Oxford on Saturday became the first victim of the bad weather after being postponed due to a waterlogged pitch on Friday.
A failed pitch inspection took place at The Valley at 11am and the decision was quickly made to call off the cup tie.
The match will now be played on Wednesday, January 8 (7.45pm).
Crawley and Bristol Rovers' FA Cup second-round replay has also been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
The two teams, who drew 3-3 in the original tie, will now meet on Wednesday, January 8 (7:45pm).
The original replay was abandoned in the second half because of a waterlogged pitch so the teams will do battle for the third time next week with a trip to Birmingham awaiting the winner.
The third-round tie with the Blues was scheduled to take place on Tuesday, but that has also been cancelled.
