Jose Mourinho's men were 1-0 down in the early stages but hit back in devastating style with three goals prior to the break before cruising through the second half and claiming a 3-1 victory.

Striker Diego Costa got off the mark in England and there were goals as well from Andre Schurrle and Branislav Ivanovic in reply to Scott Arfield's opener.

Manchester City are the firm's 9/4 second favourites with Arsenal 5/1 after that duo both took three points while Manchester United have eased to 9/1 following a home loss to Swansea.

Liverpool beat Southampton and the Reds are 11/1 chances.

Burnley remain odds-on for the drop at Sky Bet and can be backed at 8/15 - their next game is at Swansea.
