Burnley sign goalkeeper Gilks
Burnley have signed former Blackpool goalkeeper Matt Gilks on a two-year deal.
The Scotland international, a free agent, joins the newly promoted Premier League side subject to Premier League and FA approval.
Gilks, whose contract expired this summer, was an ever present for Blackpool during his five years at the club including helping Blackpool achieve promotion to the Premier league in 2010 and completing 200 appearances in 2013/14 season.
The 32-year-old becomes Burnley’s second signing of the summer and will join up with his new team-mates at the start of pre-season this week.
