Luis Suarez 1/10 for ban
Sky Bet offer 1/10 that Luis Suarez is banned for any match at the World Cup finals and 11/2 that he isn't suspended in Brazil.

England's World Cup campaign ended with a 0-0 draw against Costa Rica.
