Despite reaching the 20-goal mark, Wilfried Bony feels he could have offered more to Swansea City's season.

A £12million summer arrival from Vitesse Arnhem, the Ivorian striker has adjusted quickly to life in English football.

He was on target again in a 2-2 draw with Arsenal on Tuesday, and has been a regular source of goals in league, cup and European competition this term.

The 25-year-old is his own biggest critic, though, and believes he has not been firing on all cylinders despite being the main man in Swansea's bid to steer clear of a Premier League relegation dogfight.

Bony said: "Yes, it's good to get the goals and it's good if the team move up the table. We got a point (at the Emirates) and that was important for us.

"Am I pleased with my season? Personally, I'm maybe 50-50. I should have done more, but I'm happy with what I'm doing now.

"There are still some games left and I will try to do my best and then I will judge again. We need to bring the best parts of this game into the next game."

Bony's target now is to end the domestic season as positively as possible, setting him up nicely for a World Cup quest with the Ivory Coast.

He added: "I hope I can keep scoring like this. I am confident at the moment but I'm just thinking about the next seven games."
