The Northern Irishman, who lifted the award in December, guided his side to five wins from as many matches to stretch their lead at the top of the Premiership table to 21 points.
During the period the champions scored 16 goals without reply to help England goalkeeper Fraser Forster set a new club record of 11 successive clean-sheets.
Kris Commons, who was named player of the month in December, played a huge part in the Hoops' success with six of those goals, taking his tally for the campaign to 17.
Celtic, who came into the month on the back of five straight victories, opened the period with a hard-fought 1-0 win over Partick Thistle thanks to a goal from Joe Ledley.
Commons (2) added to goals from Charlie Mulgrew and Tony Stokes as the Hoops brushed aside St Mirren 4-0 before another double from the midfielder, and a Stephen McManus own goal, secured a 3-0 home victory over Motherwell.
Two more goals for the former Scotland international, and one apiece from Teemu Pukki and Virgil Van Dijk, earned a 4-0 win at Hibernian before Ledley, Mulgrew, Amido Baldo and a Lee Ashcroft own goal brought yet another 4-0 victory over Kilmarnock.
