It's not often there's a full program of Scottish Premiership fixtures at 3pm on a Saturday but that is the case this weekend with Celtic's clash with Motherwell the pick of the matches.

It may be first v third at Parkhead but it's at McDiarmid Park where the best value looks to lie.

Sixth-placed St Johnstone host bottom club Hearts aiming for their eighth victory on home soil.

Only Celtic have a better return at home than the Saints and surely another win is in store this weekend.

Hearts' off-field problems have been well documented and this week was another eventful one with Billy Brown set to depart, two directors offering to take a pay cut and Jamie Walker suffering a broken foot.

They were unfortunate to go down to a 1-0 home defeat to Motherwell last Saturday but the fact is they have scored only twice from open play in their last nine matches.

St Johnstone have won both halves in four of their seven home victories and they are 23/10 to do so again with Coral which looks excellent value given they are 6/4 in places.

Elsewhere it could be worth getting with Richard Brittain to score against Dundee United.

The Ross County captain has four goals to his name and has struggled to find his best form as his side battle at the wrong end of the table.

However, he is still a threat from set-pieces and is the club's penalty taker. That fact could hold more significance this weekend given United have conceded from the spot in three of their last four.

Brittain is worth a punt at 5/1 in the any time market.
