On Wednesday, Daniel Evrard claimed his client could leave White Hart Lane in a bid to save his World Cup ambitions with Belgium.
The midfielder joined Spurs from FC Twente for £7million last summer but has made only seven Premier League starts since his arrival in north London.
With the 2014 World Cup only five months away, Evrard said Chadli may be forced to look elsewhere for regular football.
But following talks with Tottenham's hierarchy, Chadli has decided to stay with Spurs, with his agent agreeing it is 'the best choice'.
Evrard told the Belgian media: "Nacer has thought about a loan, but after a good conversation with the club, we have decided to stay.
"Spurs is still the best choice. You can't compare Nacer's situation with Kevin De Bruyne's situation at Chelsea, who almost didn't play in the last six months.
"Nacer's always in the squad and gets his minutes. He isn't afraid to lose his place in the Belgian national squad."
