Arsenal were five points clear of the chasing pack going into the lunchtime kick-off but their title hopes were dealt a major blow by the 6-3 defeat in a remarkable contest.

The Gunners, who remain top, have gone out to 7/2 to finish the season at the summit and that's the same price as Chelsea, who had to work hard for a 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace.

Liverpool and Manchester United are 9/1 and 28/1 respectively to lift the top-flight trophy.

Everton are 3/1 for a top-four finish after a 4-1 win over Fulham saw them move fourth.

That defeat wasn't good news for the Cottagers and they are now priced at evens for relegation .

Palace (1/3) and Sunderland (4/7) are the only sides ahead of Fulham in the betting for the drop with Hull (5/2) and West Ham (3/1) also having work to do in order to secure survival.

In the Sky Bet Championship , QPR are now odds-on at 4/5 with the division's sponsor to win the title after beating Blackpool 2-0 to move above Burnley at the summit.

Burnley drew 1-1 at Leicester and that duo can be backed at 9/2 and 9/1 respectively. Derby are also 9/1 shots.

Wolves lost 2-0 at home to MK Dons in Sky Bet League 1 but stay as odds-on favourites to finish on top.

Kenny Jackett's men can be backed at 8/11 with Leyton Orient (4/1), Brentford (6/1), Peterborough (11/1) and Preston (11/1) also rated as contenders.

Oxford remain on top of Sky Bet League 2 after Dave Kitson's late winner in the 2-1 victory over Dagenham but Chesterfield (5/2) and Fleetwood (7/2) are the two sides at the head of the betting.

The U's are available at 4/1 to win the fourth tier of English football with Scunthorpe following at 10/1.
