Aston Villa will be without midfielder Fabian Delph through suspension. Manager Paul Lambert has reported that centre-back Ron Vlaar is "struggling" with his calf problem, but indicated that full-back Antonio Luna (groin) and striker Libor Kozak (toe) may be available.
Robin van Persie will be misisng for Manchester United after being ruled out for a month with a thigh problem. Marouane Fellaini (back) is also set to sit out the trip to Villa Park, along with fellow midfielder Michael Carrick (Achilles).
