The 22-year old spent the second-half last season on-loan at Real Zaragoza where he made 15 appearances, but he was unable to prevent them from avoiding La Liga relegation.
Rovers boss Gary Bowyer is hoping the Spaniard will be a part of his plans for next season and Rochina says that it is an option for him.
"For me it is an option," he said.
"I still have two more years of my contract. The coach that is there now trusts me and has already told me that he counts on me.
"If Blackburn had been in the Premier League, I don't think I would have returned to Spain. I want to play in countries with football of the top level."
Zaragoza's relegation means a return to Spain could be unlikely for Rochina but he says he has enjoyed his time there.
"I'd like to stay, but also the possibility of England attracts me," he said.
"Zaragoza is a club where I've been very comfortable and they have welcomed me very well. The truth is that I am proud to have played there.
"But today it is very difficult to continue in the club's staff. It does not depend on me."
