Chris Wood stole the headlines at Ashton Gate on Saturday with a first-half hat-trick to take his tally to six goals in three games for the Foxes since his "2million arrival from West Brom.
While Pearson praised the New Zealander's contribution, he highlighted the collective over the individual following a fourth straight victory in all competitions.
"It was a great hat-trick," Pearson said after the game on Saturday. "Chris is doing what we hoped he would do, things are falling for him and he's taking his opportunities. But the most important thing is that we win games as a team and he's playing his part in that.
"They're a good group to work with because they work hard, they're honest and they get on pretty well.
"They're focused on trying to get success for the club and for themselves, and that's important."
