Kean extends Blackburn stay

Blackburn goalkeeper Jake Kean has agreed an two-year contract extension with the npower Championship outfit.

England Under-20 international Kean is now committed to Ewood Park until June 2016 having joined at towards the end of the 2008/09 season.

Kean, 21, made a second first-team appearance for Rovers in August's Capital One Cup defeat at MK Dons having enjoyed his senior bow against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on the final day of last term.
