The 20-year-old has been one of the stars of the season so far in the Championship and was again in scintillating form on Saturday as he inspired the Seasiders to a 6-0 victory over Ipswich.
Ince is understood to have caught the eye of a number of other clubs but Holloway stressed over the weekend that he did not want to lose the winger.
And Ince says he is not tempted to pursue another challenge elsewhere, commenting: "I'm happy to stay at Blackpool - 100 per cent.
"And I have the double advantage of having the gaffer to guide me here and also my dad.
"The gaffer puts tremendous faith in me to play the way I do. He allows me to express myself."
While he is happy to have the guidance of his father, former Manchester United midfielder Paul, the youngster is keen to make a name for himself.
"I always say to my dad, 'I've scored more goals than you already in my career' - but it's not about my dad, it is about me and being my own man," said Ince.
"I've got the name on the back of my shirt, which is great, but I am my own man and making my own way in the game."
