Tade, a summer signing from Inverness, has been ruled out of the second qualifying round clash against Eskisehirspor with a hamstring injury he picked up on Friday.
Manager Steve Lomas told the club's official website: "It's a significant blow but we will just need to get on with it. Greg had been showing up well in training."
Saints have seen forwards Fran Sandaza, Cillian Sheridan, Marcus Haber, Carl Finnigan and Sam Parkin leave this year with only Tade and Nigel Hasselbaink coming in up front, although Stevie May and Sean Higgins have returned from loan spells.
