Roma are firmly in the race to sign coveted forward Mattia Destro, according to Genoa president Enrico Preziosi.

Destro, who is co-owned by Siena and Genoa, is a top target of a host of Serie A sides including Inter Milan and Juventus.
But it seems the Giallorossi have made first contact.
"(Roma sporting director Walter) Sabatini has asked me about Destro," Preziosi told to www.asromanews.it.
"Next week we will meet Siena to discuss the situation."
Reports in Italy claim that Roma could sell Italian striker Fabio Borini to Liverpool in order to re-invest the amount on buying Destro.
The 21-year-old Destro played on loan at Siena from Genoa last season and scored 13 goals in 30 appearances.
He is under contract with the Genoa until June 2015.
