The 32-year-old moved to Loftus Road from Derby in 2010 and featured just three times last season in all competitions.
But Hulse has vowed to stay and play his way to a new contract in the remaining 12 months of his deal at the club.
Hulse's agent, Matt Buck, told the Fulham & Hammersmith Chronicle: "I've spoken to Rob over the summer and we've not had any talks with the manager or anyone else at the club about moving on.
"Obviously he wants to be playing more, but there have been no discussions about leaving.
"Rob's worked hard over the summer and is now back to full fitness, so will be returning for the start of pre-season training next week."
