Martin: No Egos at Norwich
Russell Martin believes a strong "core" and a lack of egos have been integral to Norwich's successful return to Premier League competition.

The Canaries were written off by many before a ball was kicked this season, with sceptics quick to condemn a side that had enjoyed a rapid rise through the divisions.
Back-to-back promotions saw Paul Lambert's side clamber out of the third tier and back into the big time, with the Norfolk-based outfit showing what can be achieved with hard work and unbreakable team spirit.
Those qualities have served them well again this term, with 39 points collected from 30 fixtures.
It would appear that a second season among England's elite is virtually guaranteed, and Scotland international Martin is under no illusions as to why Norwich continue to upset the odds.
"You have got a strong core of characters that have been here throughout the whole thing and I think the people that come in just add to that," he told the Eastern Daily Press.
"There are no egos and I don't think the dressing room would allow any to be honest, because of the way we are together.
"We have got no superstars. There is not one player you would say is a superstar.
"We are a team and we are better as a team. We are a real unit and we work harder than a lot of teams, which is why we get a lot of success."
