Swansea boss Roberto Martinez has warned potential suitors of midfielder Ferrie Bodde that it would take an offer of at least £2million to prise him from the club.
Martinez rejected Derby's offer of £500,000 rising to £750,000 last month and the Swans boss was keen to re-iterate that he is under no pressure to sell and the 26-year-old playmaker is more than happy with life at the Liberty Stadium.
"Ferrie has got two years on his contract and we are not a club who have to sell players because we have no debt," he told the South Wales Evening Post.
"Ferrie has been fantastic for us and, when you look at the values of others and the prices being paid in the Championship, I'd say he is worth a minimum of £2million.
"Unless someone comes in with an offer that is above our valuation, there's no way we will sell him because he is one of our jewels."
