Sweden remain on top of Euro 2008 Qualifying Group F after a goalless draw against Denmark.
The match had none of the drama of their first meeting in the pool which was called off at 3-3 when a Danish fan tried to attack the referee, but it was a far more entertaining contest than the 0-0 scoreline suggests.
The previous encounter was eventually handed to Sweden 3-0 and the home side could have had that lead within half an hour as they flew out of the blocks.
Johan Elmander had two chances with a header from an Anders Svensson cross and a shot from just inside the area in the early stages but both went over the bar.
Jon Dahl Tomasson had Denmark's first meaningful effort but his weak shot from around the penalty spot was easily blocked and cleared away by Olof Mellberg.
Just after the 20-minute mark Daniel Agger found himself in the book for a foul on Elmander and Petter Hansson drilled the resulting free-kick goalwards but Thomas Kahlenberg was on hand to make the block.
The Swedes were all over their visitors by this point and Martin Laursen was forced to make another block from a Christian Wilhelmsson shot before Thomas Sorensen had to make a brilliant tip-over save when Elmander got his head on the end of a Zlatan Ibrahimovic cross.
Svensson was next to bring a save from the big keeper as he had an effort from the right-hand side of the area which Sorensen did well to save.
Denmark eventually found their way into the match with Agger connecting with a corner to bring a save from Andreas Isaksson before Daniel Jensen tested the keeper from distance.
The Danes continued to press with Tomasson putting a shot and a header over the bar while a Leon Andreasen strike brought a comfortable save from Isaksson.
Kennedy Bakircioglu and Svensson both had efforts from distance as Sweden looked for a winner and Ibrahimovic had two chances late on but it was to no avail as both sides had to settle for a point.
