  • FT: Lee Probert signals for full-time and Stoke are 2-1 winners at the Hawthorns. An early own goal from Gareth McAuley was cancelled out by Stephane Sessegnon's cool finish, before Charlie Adam stepped off the bench to net the winner from outside the box. The Baggies are safe regardless of today's result, while Stoke have secured their highest Premier League finish as they end an impressive season in ninth. 1-2.

  • We are now into the first of four added minutes at the Hawthorns with West Brom pushing forward.

  • Stoke also make a change as Arnautovic is replaced by Matthew Etherington in what is set to be his final appearance for the Potters.

  • West Brom are going all out for the equaliser and Mulumbu is sacrificed from midfield to be replaced by Matej Vydra who will join the attack.

  • Take nothing away from that goal from Adam, but questions have to be asked of the Stoke defence. The midfielder was just allowed to stride forward before picking out his spot. Delight for the travelling fans.

  • GOAL! Charlie Adam puts Stoke back in front with a fine low strike from the edge of the area! 1-2.

  • CHANCE! Anichebe smashes a strike over the bar after showing great strength to hold off the challenge of Muniesa on the edge of the area.

  • Crouch takes down Ireland's delivery into the area on his chest. He looks to unleash a strike but the linesman has his flag up and West Brom are let off.

  • West Brom take their turn to make a substitution as Craig Dawson makes way for Liam O'Neil.

  • Stoke make their second change of the afternoon as Charlie Adam comes on for Jonathan Walters.

  • Mulumbu shows some silky footwork to skip into the area. He goes down after being crowded out but Lee Probert is having none of his penalty appeals.

  • Sessegnon is found by an excellent ball from Morrison, he skips away from Cameron but his touch is just too heavy and the move comes to nothing.

  • There was a brief scramble inside the Stoke area following Brunt's corner but the visitors break through N'Zonzi. Arnautovic and Ireland push forward but Mulumbu does well to shore things up in defence.

  • Stoke make a change as Peter Odemwingie goes off to boos from three corners of The Hawthorns to be replaced by Peter Crouch in attack.

  • Stoke are still dominating possession, but not as much as the first half. They have seen 58 per cent of the ball as West Brom have a corner on the right.

  • Ireland hacks down Morrison and West Brom have a free-kick which Foster will take deep inside his own half.

  • Peter Crouch is warming up for Stoke and he looks as though he is preparing to come on as he receives instructions from the Stoke bench.

  • The delivery from Brunt is not the best and Stoke manage to clear their lines. This game is wide open now though and West Brom look as though they fancy their chances of taking the three points.

  • Dorrans drives down the left and wins a free-kick off Cameron who just nudged him off the ball with a body check. Brunt stands over it and Albion have men forward.
