  • Bizarre end as the ball is rolled into the unguarded Spurs net past a balloon by Austin from the halfway line but the whistle goes somewhere on its journey and Leeds do go through 2-1 rather than 3-1.

  • Brown goes in the book as Spurs win a late free-kick. Friedel is up for this.

  • Last roll of the dice from Spurs with a Bale long throw which Byram clears well.

  • Davide Somma comes on for the excellent Ross McCormack.

  • There will be four added minutes.

  • Hadji-Diouf is off and Jason Pearce on.

  • Superb deep ball from Assou-Ekotto sets Obika free and he is clear on goal but he takes too long and fires over the top from close range under pressure.

  • More good work from Bale as Spurs seek the leveller but Dempsey's flick on the edge of the area can't find anyone bar Ashdown. Assou-Ekotto goes in the book.

  • Bale floats a crosss in from the left but it is too strong and Ashdown can pluck it out of the air.

  • Free-kick to Leeds near the right-hand corner flag of Tottenham. No ambition from the home side as they try and keep it in that area.

  • Free-kick for Leeds is chipped in to the Spurs box but just too strong for McCormack to bring under control.

  • Parker does well to keep on his feet under pressure but his shot from the edge of the Leeds area hits a defender.

  • Lennon charges towards the Leeds penalty area but Varney does well to get back and make the tackle.

  • Hadji-Diouf dallies too long taking the free-kick and he goes in the book as well.

  • Dembele gives the ball away casually and McCormack is away from halfway but Vertonghen stands in his way to give away the free-kick. And gets a yellow card.

  • Good play from Spurs again as Parker does well to almost find Obika but Byram is there to clear the ball off the Spurs player and it is behind for a goal-kick.

  • Dempsey shoots again and hits Byram but rather than chasing the ball, the American just wants to appeal for a handball.

  • Lees gets in the way of a close-range effort from Dempsey and the ball is behind with the slight suspsicion of a handball from the Leeds man.

  • More sublime skill on the left from Bale and the passgae of play leads to a Spurs corner on the left.

  • Paul Green tries to pounce on a woeful defensive headed clearance by Caulker but he can't find a white shirt in front of the Spurs goal.
